How we started

Nanson Street Bookclub came into existence as two of the founding members lived in Nanson St in Wembley an inner suburb of Perth in Western Australia. We are small but lively group who meet about every six to eight weeks at a members home for dinner and discussion. As well as reading some very fine books and the occaisional stinker we have also had some very fine meals with thankfully no stinkers. The great thing about a Book Club is that you get to read a lot of good books that you normally would not even pick up. I have freinds who belong to other book clubs and we do share info about different books and authors.
